

Citroen DS
A French Goddess fell from the sky like an earth bound spaceship, with winged emblems as her badge from the heavens. Sleek smooth rounded shapes sprang from stardust under the skilled hands of sculpture artist Flaminio Bertoni. Bertoni presented his masterpiece at the 1955 Salon de l'Automible in Paris to much accolade, the DS awarded him a seat with the Masters of Design and propelled the automotive industry into a revolution of spontaneous culture of motion.
